If you’re just starting out in business, or even just conceptualizing what your biz would look like, I can’t stress enough how important it is to set up a system to outsource certain tasks.  Be honest with yourself about what you’re good at, and what you enjoy doing, consider where most of your time is being diverted in directions it shouldn’t go and then make a list of jobs that you need to get help with.

Outsourcing will make your role more effective, productive and enjoyable.  Better yet, you’ll be prepared and positioned for growth when your business starts to take off!
